Installation & Commissioning Oversight

Provides hands-on support and assurance across install and commissioning phases.

  • Tracks install progress against the critical path

  • Monitors sequencing between trades, vendors, and site services

  • Flags early slippage and milestones risks

  • Validates subsystem handover readiness

  • Ensures commissioning reflects real world system performance

Training & Documentation Support

Bridges the gap between technical delivery and operational adoption.

  • Reviews and localises vendor training plans

  • Verifies documentation is site-specific and actionable

  • Coordinates on-floor training support during rampup

  • Identifies gaps in training and documentation for resolution

  • Locks in knowledge through structured handover and follow up

Ramp-Up & Stabilisation Support

Protects your operation during cutover and early go-live.

  • Monitors real-time performance during transition
